An amazing concert anyone would LOVE to attend and THIS one will raise needed funds for the Wood Hollow Fire victims. Imaging losing everything, having no insurance and living in a trailer or borrowed housing. Well, that is where some of the Wood Hollow fire victims are right now - with winter approaching.
Mary Kaye Knaphus has organized a concert to benefit the Sanpete fire victims. It will be held Saturday, September 22, at 7:00 pm at the Fairview Dance Hall. Donations for the Silent Auction are also being sought to add to the fun and fundraising! Please help if you can. The need is very real.
If you can donate furniture and household items to fire victims just getting housing, please visit our Needed Items page for more information.
Call The Corner Station (435-427-5500) to donate a Silent Auction item - from services to antiques to gift certificates to merchandise. It is all welcome!
A blog to help coordinate relief efforts for those who have lost their homes in the Wood Hollow Fire near Fairview and Indianola in Sanpete County Utah. Through the coming months, and maybe years, we hope to resist the human tendency to forget what our neighbors have been through and what they are still facing. Please use this blog to sensitively communicate the needs of, and efforts on behalf of, the Wood Hollow fire victims.
